Birth Doula Services
Having a doula on your birth team ensures that you'll have emotional, informational, and physical support throughout your pregnancy, during your labor and birth, and postpartum. Services include:
$1000 - $1500, depending on doula (Meet the Doulas)
Grants available for those with financial constraints
- Complimentary 30-minute pre-booking consultation
- 1-3 visits during pregnancy to prepare for birth
- Informational and emotional support via phone, email, or text throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- By-your-side physical, emotional, and informational support during active labor
- A one-hour postpartum visit within the first two weeks of baby's life
- Access to a lending library of books about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
- A 30% discount on Summit Birth Utah group birth classes

Add any (or all!) of these services on to the Discover Your Strength doula package:
- Your Empowered Hospital Birth (In-Person): A five-week series of three-hour classes to prepare you for an unmedicated hospital birth, $350
- Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class: A four-week series of two-hour classes to prepare you for birth, learn about evidence based care, and learn about your birthing rights and how to advocate for yourself, $300
- Birth Photography from BeUtahful Birth (Sarah Roberts): Unforgettable images documenting your birth, $400
- Grant Donation: Contribute to the grant program to fund birth education and doula services for families with financial constraints, $variable
Everyone deserves birth education and a supported birth and postpartum! If you have financial constraints, please fill out an application for a grant to pay for 10% - 90% of birth classes or doula services.
