Customizable Private Birth Class

Private, in-home visits to help prepare you for labor and birth. Choose the length of your personalized class: you can do it all in one day or break it up into more! Curriculum is custom-designed to match your needs and preferences. Some things we can explore:

• ​A typical labor progression, and what you can expect and prepare for at each stage
• Communication as a partnership and with your care providers throughout pregnancy and during labor
• Comfort measures for labor and birth
• Helpful positions for pregnancy and labor
• ​Fine-tuning your birth preferences/plan
• ​And much more!​

$100/hr (2-hr minimum) - in person, Utah County

​$70/hr - virtual, via Zoom

​Everyone deserves birth education and a supported birth and postpartum! If you have financial constraints, please fill out an application for a grant to pay for 10% - 90% of birth classes or doula services.
