Join Postpartum Pathways: Online Support Group—a welcoming community providing guidance, empathy, and resources for your postpartum journey. Share experiences, access valuable resources, and connect with a supportive network. Join our weekly meetings held from 1:00 - 2:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Fridays. Join our next six-week session!

During each session, we'll learn about a specific postpartum topic, followed by opportunities for informal connections, sharing, and support. If you're currently pregnant, feel free to join us as you prepare for a smooth postpartum transition!

$120
Grants available for those with financial constraints, covering 10% - 90% of service cost
