IN-PERSON Mini Class

Are you pregnant or planning to become pregnant soon? Join me at this two-hour class where you'll learn about informed decision-making, birth plans, and postpartum plans.

You'll practice skills for making informed decisions and you'll create two personalized birth plans: one to communicate your birth preferences with your care team, and also an "internal birth plan" where you and your partner will create strategies to confidently approach the physical and emotional challenges of labor and birth. You'll also draft a postpartum plan to prepare for a smooth transition after baby comes.

IN-PERSON Comprehensive Class

This comprehensive childbirth class is a 5-week series of 3-hour in-person group classes. This in-person class meets in Provo and is specifically designed for those planning--or thinking about--giving birth at the hospital without pain medication. (Though anyone could benefit from the information in this class!)

ONLINE Comprehensive Class

This comprehensive childbirth class is a 4-week series of 2-hour classes, plus an additional 1-2 hours of content to view on your own time each week. This online class meets on Zoom on Saturday mornings. This class is relevant whether you plan to birth at home, at a birth center, or in the hospital.
